I edit the Journal of Public Mental Health, and wonder if you would like to write us a short article about your new 'evidence-based' service, perhaps 1500 - 2000 words, with a structured Abstract and any links/references you feel would help our rather diverse readership? If you want it to be a 'research' paper then it goes to peer reviewers, but from time to time I publish 'public health case studies' of innovations that are developed between the author and myself, and we have also had some guest editorials (Peter Tyrer of BJP did a memorable one for me, with a historical focus).
